Cara Mungo = Image
Cara is the official "cool kid" of the DealGooder team. If you see something on the DealGooder website and it looks cool, you can bet that Cara had something to do with it.
Cara brings over ten years experience in public relations, brand and marketing communications, partnership marketing, special events, corporate donations and contributions. Before DealGooder, Cara led the National Marketing Team at St. John Knits, Inc., & managed Public Relations and Special Events at luxury retail giant, Neiman Marcus.
Cara attended the University of Southern California, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and a Minor in Television and Film. Outside of DealGooder, Cara volunteers her time as a publicist for local nonprofits. When she is not at work or volunteering, she is usually scouting out the best new restaurants, slow dancing with her dog Tugger, coming to terms with her addiction to Lysol (fresh linen scent preferred) or waiting in line outside of the Apple store so she can be the first on the block to have the latest in electronic gadgetry. Her hidden talent: she's a Photoshop ninja.

Erica Austin = Team
Erica, simply put, helps everyone. Some people refer to another as their "right hand" – Erica is both hands and maybe a foot. She oversees all aspects of our people strategy including growing, developing and retaining the DealGooder team.
Erica's ten years of experience in Human Resources, Counseling and Advertising guides her as she builds DealGooder as the best place to work. And despite a stature that, on a good day, barely exceeds five feet, Erica can soothe and calm all that stand in front (or above) her.
Prior to DealGooder, Erica managed Human Resources at Dailey and worked in the Advertising industry, developing media plans for top Ad agencies, OMD and Carat. Erica received a master's degree from Pepperdine University Graduate School of Education and Psychology and holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Arizona. When not at DealGooder, Erica is usually training for a marathon or waking up at the crack of dawn to do some type of new-agey yogalates exercise. Her hidden talent is an uncanny ability to purchase every AS-SEEN-ON-TV product known to man. And she also happens to throw the best summer BBQ in SoCal.

Ethan Austin = Strategy
Ethan's role primarily consists of sending insufferably long emails to other DealGooder team members and daydreaming about burritos.
Ethan graduated from Emory University in 2004 with a B.A. in political science and holds a J.D. from American University, Washington College of Law. Following law school, Ethan co-founded GiveForward, a website that provides people with free fundraising pages to raise money for loved ones' medical expenses.
Outside of his work at DealGooder, Ethan has long been passionate about cancer and environmental causes. He volunteers for Imerman Angels, a one-on-one cancer-support organization and also serves as the fundraising coordinator for Climate Cycle, an environmental nonprofit that helps put solar panels on public schools. He is also an avid Lakers and Dodger fan, a self-proclaimed nacho connoisseur and the current DealGooder intra-office burrito eating champion.

Todd Meyer = Numbers
Demure, no-nonsense, with a passion for dotting i's and crossing t's. These are the traits you'd expect from the guy in charge of the money, traits embodied in Todd. Todd brings financial and IT expertise. He has his MBA from John Hopkins University and a Computer Science and Math degree from Emory University. Beyond his experience managing large projects for the Bechtel Group, Todd has an avid interest in web technologies and the latest gadget. (He's a huge Google Fanboy even if he won't admit it).
But Todd's not just some geeky technology and numbers guy. As the only member of the DealGooder team over 5'7'', Todd is also our captain and de-facto center for the DealGooder intramural basketball team. Todd can be found building houses at Habitat for Humanity when he's outside DealGooder and not playing with his new son Soren.
