What is DealGooder?
Simply put, we're trying to change the way you think about shopping and supporting your community. Each day, we offer a fantastic deal on new ways to shop, dine, work out or relax in your city. Not only do you save big on the stuff you love most, you get the satisfaction of knowing that 50% of all DealGooder profits are donated to a featured charity in your area!
Today's deal is just what I was looking for! What do I need to make a purchase?
It’s simple! All you have to do is click the ‘BUY’ button. If the minimum number of people purchase the deal we’ll charge your card and send you a link to redeem your Goody. When purchasing your first deal you will be prompted to create an account. Don’t worry, setting up an account is free. It’s as easy as creating a password. We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Master Card and Discovery. You’ll also need a printer to redeem your certificate, but it’s saved online so you can always print it later.
Why do you need to hit a minimum threshold of sales for a deal to activate?
DealGooder believes in power in numbers to effect real change. The vendors we work with will only offer these ridiculously low deals if we can deliver a certain amount of new business in a short amount of time. We count on our loyal customers to spread the news of their favorite deals through email, Facebook, Twitter and other social media vehicles so every deal reaches its tipping point. And don't forget, the more sales we get, the more money gets sent to our charity partners!
I ordered today's deal, but it didn't sell well enough to make it valid. What happens?
We don't charge your credit card until a deal reaches it's activation level and becomes redeemable. In the unfortunate event that not enough people sign up for the deal, your card will never be charged a penny. But better yet, make sure your deal does reach its target by spreading the word to your friends, family or even ex-lover and favorite barista at Starbucks!
If you used a debit card, we authorized the amount of the sale on your card and you may see the transaction in your records. We assure you that we do not commit the transaction unless the deal goes through. We automatically de-authorize the card at midnight if the deal does not go through, but it may take a day or two for the transaction to be removed from your account records.
Do I need a printer?
You will eventually need to print your voucher when you want to redeem your Goody, but you do not need a printer at the time of purchase. Once a deal has been activated and your order is processed, your voucher will be emailed to you and can be printed out whenever is most convenient. You can also sign into your account at www.DealGooder.com and click ‘MY DEALS’ to view, track and print your purchased deals.
If I print multiple copies of my Goody, what's stopping me from using it twice?
Didn't your mother tell you to never counterfeit? Our vouchers all have individual codes that ensure that they can only be used once. If you print out multiple copies of the same voucher, only the first one given to the vendor will be accepted. That is why you should protect your vouchers with the same watchful eye you would for printable concert tickets. Store them in your glove box, not under the windshield wipers.
What if I want to buy more than one of the same deal?
Not a problem! If you buy multiple quantities of the daily deal, each voucher will contain a unique verification code. In the fine print of the deal it will list if there is a maximum purchase per person.
Are Goodies transferable?
Unless explicitly stated, yes, you can give your voucher to a friend or family member.
How long do I have to redeem my Goody?
Some of our vouchers have expiration or blackout dates, but fear not, we make sure that all our vendors offer a very reasonable redemption period. There's no need to rush out and use it right away. If your Goody reaches its expiration date, it loses its promotional value, but you can still redeem it at the price you paid for the length of time stated by gift certificate laws in your state.
Can I combine my Goody with this coupon I found in my Sunday circular?
Sorry kids, you can't combine a Goody with any other coupons you may find elsewhere.
What's your return policy?
If you’re not happy, we’re not happy – it’s that simple. Since our deals are time-sensitive, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. We do our best to outline the deal so there aren’t any surprises or misunderstandings but if you make a purchase and then have a problem, please let us know as soon as possible and we will do our best to resolve the issue. We do not refund unredeemed vouchers but if you redeemed your voucher and you feel as though you received unsatisfactory service, please let us know and again we will do our best to resolve the issue. To inquire about a refund, drop us a line at support@dealgooder.com and someone will respond to you promptly.
Should I feel secure giving my payment info online?
Absolutely. Your credit card information is transmitted directly to our processor using 128-Bit SSL Encryption.
Do you sell my info to third party marketers?
Absolutely not! We take privacy very seriously. Read our privacy policy for more information.

We wish we could be like the cool parents and have no rules but unfortunately the following apply to each DealGooder deal unless specifically challenged in the deal’s fine print. Follow the rules and we will give you a virtual high five!
In general, Goodies:
- Are not valid for cash back
- Must be used in one visit
- Don’t cover tax or gratuity
- Cannot be combined with other offers
Restaurant Goodies can be used towards any type of consumption (food/alcohol) unless the fine print states otherwise.
If you redeem the Goody for less than the total face value, you will not be entitled to receive any credit or cash for the difference between the face value and the amount you redeemed, unless otherwise required by law. You will only be entitled to a redemption value equal to the amount you paid for the Goody less the amount actually redeemed.
Neither DealGooder nor our merchants shall be responsible for Goodies that are lost or damaged.
